Every couple has ‘their’ song.  Every person has a favourite song.  Every person as a favourite band or performer.  In every episode, three couples sing ‘their’ song, ‘his’ song and ‘her song’ before a live studio audience.  At the end of the show, the audience decides one couple to win a second honeymoon.
